Instead of the word education, we use the word meeting or group. Although it is not a classic frontal transfer of knowledge, employees will, completely unconsciously, adopt a lot of new knowledge.
WE ADVISE HOW TO INVITE EMPLOYEES TO EDUCATION
Do not just send an invitation by e-mail, you prefer to visit the employee right at his workplace and emphasize his contribution, e.g. that the organization will greatly appreciate if you join them and share your experiences.
LET'S CHECK AND MATCH EXPECTATIONS
Even such a great program will not satisfy employees if they receive something they did not expect. Before the beginning, the lecturer should record a short video in which he addresses the employees, presents the purpose and content, and gives at least one starting point for thinking.

Employees need to have the opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge to say how they work and why. Let them be heard. Their experience should be taken into account when choosing the content as well as the forms or methods of work.

We ask the organization for descriptions of the specific situations faced by employees or the work tasks they perform, for the documents at their disposal. This is the basis for creating educational content, which is also created on an ongoing basis according to the response of employees. We serve the knowledge that they will test in their work the next day.
CONTINUITY
If there are several educational meetings and they are regular, the employee will have the opportunity to test the acquired knowledge in the meantime. At the next meeting, the usefulness is discussed again with the lecturer.
LET'S MAKE A GOOD CONTACT
We can also influence the more efficient transfer of knowledge through a good relationship / contact that the lecturer establishes with the employees. If this is not the case, the content will not reach the listeners either.
